What is TreeWork Pro?

TreeWork Pro is quoting software for tree services. You enter the removals, trimming hours, hedge footage and stump work, set your own rates, choose the site-access level, and it produces a branded, itemized PDF estimate you can print or email to the customer on the spot.

Is TreeWork Pro free?

Yes. The free tier includes five quotes per month with a small TreeWork Pro mark on the quote footer. Pro is $9 per month for unlimited quotes with your own branding, PDF download, saved customer history and email delivery. Annual is $90 per year — two months free. Full pricing is on the home page.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The calculator on the home page works with no account and no card. Enter your business details, build a quote, and see the full estimate. Create a free account when you want your quotes saved to a dashboard.

Quoting the work

What kinds of tree work can I quote?

Five job types out of the box: small tree removal (under 30 ft) and large tree removal (over 30 ft) priced per tree, trimming and crown work priced per hour, and hedge trimming priced per linear foot. Two add-ons — stump grinding per stump and chip-and-haul as a flat charge — round it out.

Can I change the rates to match what I charge?

Yes. Every service and add-on comes with an editable rate seeded with a sensible starting value. Change any rate to match your crew, equipment and local market, and it is remembered for your next quote.

How does the site-access adjustment work?

You pick one of three levels — open access, tight access (adds 15%), or crane required (adds 40%). The adjustment is applied to the job subtotal so the hard-to-reach work that eats your day stops getting underpriced. There is also a configurable minimum job charge and an optional discount.

Does TreeWork Pro set my prices for me?

No. The default rates are a starting point, not a recommendation. You decide what to charge based on your costs, crew and market. TreeWork Pro does the arithmetic and produces the estimate; the pricing is yours.

Sending and managing quotes

Is my logo and business name on the quote?

Yes. Your business name, phone, email and logo sit at the top of the estimate, with your terms and deposit line at the bottom. On Pro, the TreeWork Pro footer mark is removed so the quote is entirely your brand.

How do I send a quote to a customer?

Generate the quote, then print it, download it as a branded PDF, or email it to the customer directly from the app. On the free tier you can print and generate quotes; PDF download, saved history and email delivery are Pro features.

Can I use TreeWork Pro on my phone?

Yes. The calculator and dashboard are responsive and built for quoting on site from a phone. Log in from any browser — nothing to install.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in, open Settings, click Billing Portal, and cancel there. The portal is Stripe's hosted customer portal. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period.

Is TreeWork Pro affiliated with the ISA or TCIA?

No. TreeWork Pro is independent software and is not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by the ISA, TCIA, OSHA, ANSI, or any regulator or trade body. It is an estimating tool, not licensing, insurance, or safety advice. Confirm your own licensing and insurance, and follow current ANSI A300 and Z133 standards on every job.
